Abstract

The paper deals with the assessment of the quality of the functioning of the special purpose information communication network management system. It was determined that the evaluation of the quality of the functioning of the management system requires the determination of its properties, which arise from the purpose of operation and management tasks, and the structuring of the evaluation parameters corresponding to the properties. The distribution of properties of the management system of a special purpose information communication network is proposed and the corresponding evaluation parameters are structured. Structural properties of the construction scheme, functional properties of the control process and functional properties of the control system are defined as properties of the control system. The quality of the functioning of the management system of the special purpose information communication network is proposed to be evaluated by the management efficiency indicator. Which is defined as the ability of the special purpose information communication network management system to perform processes of control and management of network states within the established time limits. In order to evaluate the quality of the functioning of the management system of the special purpose information communication network, the appropriate evaluation model is proposed in the work. The specified model allows to evaluate the quality of the functioning of the control system according to the efficiency indicator, taking into account the components of the control process and mathematical expectations of the corresponding random values of the time parameters of the control process.
